These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital wedding stationery, bespoke website invitations, and concierge services provided by D SIGNATURE.
01.Introduction
Welcome to D SIGNATURE (“we,” “our,” or “the Studio”). By accessing our website (https://dsignature.co.in), initiating a consultation, or ordering a digital invitation package, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please contact our concierge team before placing an order.
02.D SIGNATURE Services
D SIGNATURE designs, personalizes, and hosts premium digital wedding invitations, save-the-date web spreads, and interactive wedding websites.
Our services are available across three primary tiers:
- Classic (₹999): 1-page structured digital invitation, couple photos & basic photo gallery, event schedule with Google Maps links, 1 revision round, 3 months live validity.
- Signature (₹1,499): Full multi-section interactive experience, story & timeline spreads, interactive RSVP form, background music, rich photo gallery, 2 revision rounds, 6 months live validity.
- Bespoke (From ₹2,999): Fully custom-tailored layout and illustrations, custom animations and music, multi-lingual support, dedicated designer onboarding, up to 3 collaborative revision rounds, 6 months live validity.
03.Ordering Process
Orders are initiated by selecting a design template or package on our website and connecting with our WhatsApp Concierge or completing our inquiry form.
Once your package choice is confirmed and payment is received, we share a structured onboarding checklist to collect your wedding details, photographs, venue links, and music preferences.
04.Customer Information and Content
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, times, venue addresses, and personal text provided to D SIGNATURE are accurate and proofread before submission.
While our editorial team performs routine formatting checks, D SIGNATURE cannot be held responsible for errors stemming from inaccurate or outdated information provided by the customer.
05.Payments
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) as transparent one-time fees.
Full payment is required prior to commencing customization and drafting of your invitation website. Optional add-ons (such as Google Sheets RSVP integration, express delivery, or validity extensions) are billed at the published rates at the time of purchase.
06.Design and Personalization
For Classic and Signature packages, personalization includes your submitted photos, couple story, event timeline, ritual schedules, and venue map links applied within the established visual framework of your selected template.
For Bespoke packages, custom architectural layouts, bespoke illustrations, and unique aesthetic themes are developed in close collaboration with our lead designers.
07.Revisions
Each package includes structured revision rounds to refine your draft:
- Classic: 1 structured round of revisions.
- Signature: 2 structured rounds of revisions.
- Bespoke: Up to 3 collaborative revision rounds.
Simple spelling corrections, date or time adjustments, and minor wording tweaks are always accommodated free of charge, even beyond the structured revision rounds. Major structural redesigns or switching to a completely different template after work has begun may incur a revision fee.
08.Delivery Timelines
Standard draft delivery timelines are as follows:
- Classic: 2–3 Days
- Signature: 3–5 Days
- Bespoke: 3–7 Days
These delivery timelines commence only after the studio receives complete customer information, required photographs, and text content. Delays in providing assets will proportionately extend the estimated delivery schedule.
09.Live Invitation Validity
D SIGNATURE provides active digital hosting for the validity period included in your package:
- Classic: 3 Months Live
- Signature: 6 Months Live
- Bespoke: 6 Months Live
We do not provide permanent or lifetime hosting by default. Validity begins from the date your final invitation URL is deployed live.
10.Extensions
If you wish to keep your wedding website live longer or preserve it as a digital anniversary keepsake, you can purchase validity extensions at any time:
- 3-Month Live Extension: ₹299
- 6-Month Live Extension: ₹499
- 12-Month Digital Keepsake: ₹799
11.Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide clear, high-resolution photographs and accurate wedding schedule information in a timely manner.
- Review drafts and proofs promptly to avoid project bottlenecks.
- Verify all ceremonial details, addresses, and family spellings prior to giving final publication approval.
- Share your live link responsibly with intended guests.
12.Photographs, Music and Other Content
You affirm that you have the right, license, or personal permission to use all photographs, music tracks, audio clips, custom artwork, and family text submitted to D SIGNATURE.
D SIGNATURE does not claim ownership of customer-submitted personal photographs, stories, or family media. You retain full ownership of your personal content.
13.Intellectual Property
All software code, web architecture, proprietary UI components, interactive animations, layout styling, fonts, branding, and template frameworks created by D SIGNATURE remain the exclusive intellectual property of D SIGNATURE Studio.
Purchasing an invitation package grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display and share your personalized invitation for personal wedding purposes during the active validity period. Customers may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute our underlying code or template architecture.
14.Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to decline or remove any content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for our platform.
15.Service Availability
We strive to ensure continuous 99.9% uptime for all live invitation websites through robust global cloud hosting.
However, occasional brief interruptions for routine maintenance, upstream internet carrier failures, or force majeure events may occur. We take immediate corrective action to resolve any unplanned downtime.
16.Changes to Services
D SIGNATURE continually refines and updates its template designs, typography, and technical features. We reserve the right to modify or enhance platform features without negatively affecting the core functionality of already-published invitations.
17.Cancellation and Refunds
Because our invitations involve custom digital design labor, cancellations and refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which details milestone-based refund eligibility.
18.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D SIGNATURE's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to your order shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific invitation package.
D SIGNATURE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays caused by late customer asset submission, third-party network outages, or incorrect wedding information supplied by the customer.
19.Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of our services following updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
