D SIGNATURE provides specialized interactive digital invitation services delivered electronically via dedicated URLs and high-resolution QR codes. We do not manufacture or ship physical paper stationery unless separately agreed in a bespoke contract.

01.Digital Delivery
D SIGNATURE is an atelier of modern digital invitations and interactive wedding websites. All deliverables are transmitted electronically via secure private preview links, final canonical web URLs, and high-resolution digital image assets.
No physical packages, printed cards, or postal shipments are dispatched. This ensures zero printing delays, zero international shipping costs, and immediate global reach for your guests.
02.Estimated Delivery Time
Our design team crafts each invitation with editorial precision according to the published turnaround windows:
- Classic Package: Draft delivered within 2–3 business days.
- Signature Package: Draft delivered within 3–5 business days.
- Bespoke Package: Initial architectural concept delivered within 3–7 business days.
Timelines begin strictly after all necessary customer assets, photos, and event schedules have been received by the studio.
03.Customer Information Required
To begin crafting your invitation, we provide a clean, simple onboarding checklist. We require:
- Bride and Groom names (and family/host names as desired).
- Dates, times, and ceremonial sequence for all wedding functions (e.g., Mehendi, Sangeet, Muhurtham, Reception).
- Official venue names, physical addresses, and Google Maps pin links.
- Preferred wedding hashtag, dress code guidance, and welcome greetings.
- Contact details for guest inquiries or RSVP reception.
04.Photo Submission
Photographs may be submitted via WhatsApp media transfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or email.
We recommend high-resolution images (original camera or professional photographer files) for optimal visual clarity. Our studio handles professional cropping, compression, and mobile optimization to ensure rapid page load times across 4G and 5G cellular networks without compromising image beauty.
05.Review & Approval
Once your draft is built, our studio provides a private staging link. You can interact with the invitation directly on your phone and desktop to review typography, imagery, music playback, and ceremony itineraries.
You can submit consolidated feedback during your package's included revision rounds. Once you are completely satisfied, you provide final approval for live launch.
06.Final Invitation URL
Upon approval, your invitation is deployed to its official, high-speed public web address (e.g., dsignature.co.in/your-names).
This live link is optimized for instant sharing across WhatsApp, Instagram, iMessage, and email, complete with an elegant Open Graph social preview card featuring your names and wedding date.
07.QR Code Delivery
Every D SIGNATURE invitation includes a high-resolution, print-ready digital QR code (delivered in 300 DPI PNG and vector SVG format).
You can incorporate this QR code into physical wedding gift boxes, sweets hampers, save-the-date cards, luggage tags, or venue welcome signage so guests can instantly scan and access your wedding portal.
08.Customer Delays
Our delivery turnaround commitments rely on receiving timely assets and draft feedback from the customer.
If there are delays in submitting essential ceremony details, photos, or proof reviews, the project timeline will adjust accordingly. D SIGNATURE cannot guarantee a fixed go-live date if client assets are received later than scheduled.
09.Revision Timeline
Standard revision requests submitted during the proofing phase are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Urgent minor text corrections (such as fixing a spelling or updating a venue room name) are expedited promptly by our concierge desk.
10.Live Validity
Your invitation is maintained on our high-availability global cloud network for the duration of your package validity:
- Classic: 3 Months Live
- Signature: 6 Months Live
- Bespoke: 6 Months Live
Validity extensions (3 months for ₹299, 6 months for ₹499, or a 12-month Digital Keepsake for ₹799) can be added at any time before or after your wedding.
11.Technical Issues
Every invitation is engineered for cross-device compatibility, supporting Apple iOS (Safari), Android (Chrome), Windows, and macOS browsers.
If a guest reports an issue with audio playback (often governed by strict device browser autoplay permissions) or map navigation, our concierge provides direct troubleshooting guidance and fallback controls built into the invitation interface.
