When you browse our website, inquire about our bespoke stationery, or commission a digital wedding invitation, we collect information necessary to fulfill your request and provide a seamless design experience.
Depending on how you interact with D SIGNATURE, the information collected may include:
- Contact Information: Names of the couple and hosts, phone numbers, and email addresses.
- Wedding & Event Details: Bride and groom names, event dates and times, ceremony schedules, venue names, street addresses, and Google Maps links.
- Photographs & Media: High-resolution photos, pre-wedding shoot imagery, family portraits, and audio selections provided by you for your invitation experience.
- Invitation Content: Custom story text, welcome messages, dress codes, hashtag choices, and itinerary notes.
- RSVP Submissions: Guest names, attendance status, guest counts, dietary preferences, and personal messages submitted by invitees when RSVP functionality is enabled.
- Enquiry Submissions: Information you submit through our website contact forms, package selectors, or WhatsApp concierge chats.
02.Information You Provide
You provide information directly to us when filling out our onboarding questionnaire, messaging our studio via WhatsApp, emailing your wedding assets, or completing payment confirmations.
You represent and confirm that you have the right and authority to provide the personal information, photographs, venue details, and contact numbers of yourself, your partner, and your family members for inclusion in your wedding stationery.
03.How We Use Information
We use the collected information solely for genuine operational and service purposes:
- Designing, building, testing, and hosting your custom interactive wedding invitation website.
- Generating your personalized invitation URL, mobile preview links, and print-ready QR codes.
- Communicating with you regarding drafts, proofing rounds, revisions, approvals, and go-live deployment.
- Routing guest RSVP responses directly to your preferred destination (such as a connected Google Sheet or WhatsApp notification).
- Providing ongoing concierge support, troubleshooting browser issues, and processing validity extensions.
- Maintaining website security, diagnosing technical errors, and analyzing anonymized platform performance.
04.Customer Photos and Wedding Information
Photographs and intimate celebration details shared with D SIGNATURE are treated with the highest standard of discretion and respect.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal photos or wedding details to any advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Your private photographs are used exclusively to create and render your digital invitation.
If we wish to showcase a redacted or sample version of your customized invitation in our public design portfolio or social media showcase, we will seek your prior permission before doing so.
05.Invitation and RSVP Information
When your guests visit your published invitation URL, they can interact with the timeline, venue navigation, and RSVP features you have enabled.
Information submitted by your guests via interactive RSVP forms (such as attending guest counts, names, meal preferences, and heartfelt wishes) is delivered directly to you. D SIGNATURE does not contact your invited guests, solicit them for services, or retain their details for independent commercial purposes.
07.How Information Is Stored
Digital invitation files, media assets, and website configurations are hosted on secure cloud infrastructure provided by leading global cloud hosting partners. Data transmission is secured using modern SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS).
Internal access to your design files and raw assets is restricted strictly to authorized D SIGNATURE designers and technical developers working on your invitation.
08.Third-Party Services
To provide interactive digital stationery, we utilize selected third-party tools and services for specific functions:
- Cloud Infrastructure & CDN: For fast, high-availability global hosting and image delivery.
- Google Maps: For embedding interactive venue map locations and navigation directions.
- Google Sheets (Optional Add-On): For real-time synchronization of guest RSVP responses if selected.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): For concierge customer service and facilitating one-tap sharing of your invitation link.
- Payment Processors: For processing order payments securely; we do not store sensitive payment card details on our servers.
Each third-party service processes information in accordance with their respective privacy policies and security standards.
09.Data Retention
Your invitation website remains active and accessible for the duration of the validity period included in your purchased package:
- Classic Package: 3 months active live hosting.
- Signature Package: 6 months active live hosting.
- Bespoke Package: 6 months active live hosting.
- Extended Validity: Active for the additional duration purchased (3 months, 6 months, or 12-month Digital Keepsake).
After the live validity period expires, the public invitation URL is unmapped and deactivated. Project assets may be retained in our private archival storage for a reasonable grace period to enable validity renewals or keepsake reactivations upon customer request.
10.Data Deletion Requests
You have the right to request early deactivation of your live invitation URL or complete deletion of your submitted media files and project records at any time.
To request data removal, message our WhatsApp concierge at +91 93440 28020 (email channel will be provided soon). We will process your deletion request within 5–7 business days.
11.Information Security
We maintain technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, or disclosure.
All traffic between your browser and our websites is encrypted using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). While no digital platform can guarantee absolute invulnerability, we continuously update our systems and follow best practices in web application security.
12.Children's Privacy
Our website and digital invitation services are designed for adults planning wedding celebrations. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information from children under 18 years of age without explicit parental or guardian involvement.
